• HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can order by sending us an email or via live chat on our site or even faster via calls to our receptionist. you will be expected to state what you want, how much, how soon and where you want delivery. please let us know if the service you get isnt the best so we can ameliorate;

• HOW SECURE AND DISCRETE IS SHIPPING AND DELIVERY?

Delivery is either in person or shipped depending on the clients location but in either case DISCRETE is the watch word. For the later we go through meticulous processes to assure package is 100% secure. this will be explained to you by your handler;

• PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We do have secure and safe means of payment as these will be explained to you by your handler. but bare in mind we dont use bank accounts and we will never ask for your credit card details!

• RETURNS AND REFUNDS?

Upon confirmation of no change in returned pack your money is refunded, shipping charges exclusive.
